"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Brian Johnson (IP No. 9288) and Peter Kubik (IP No. 9220) both of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators."
