Notice is hereby given that on 7 February 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Inverness by Simon Renshaw, Insolvency Practitioner of AABRS Ltd, Langley House, Park Road, London, N2 8EY, as the supervisor of the voluntary arrangement of AHDG Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC460173 and having its registered office at 27 Castle Street, Inverness, IV2 3DU, craving the court inter alia, that AHDG Limited be wound up and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 7 February 2019, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Inverness Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
