At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Clarion Solicitors, Elizabeth House, 13-19 Queen Street, Leeds LS1 2TW on 4 May 2018 at 11.30 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively: "That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Booth of Booth & Co, Coopers House, Intake Lane, Ossett WS5 0RG be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up." At a physical meeting of creditors held on 4 May 2018 at Booth & Co, Coopers House, Intake Lane, Ossett WS5 0RG, at 12.00 noon the creditors appointed Carl James Bowles (IP No. 9709) and John Anthony Dickinson (IP No. 9342) both of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN as Joint Liquidators and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done jointly or separately."
