Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Robin Davis and John Dickinson, the Joint Liquidators, to the creditors of the Company, that we intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving, specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved, are required, on or before 11 December 2019 the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt form to us at Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend, by reason that he has not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given. The prescribed part provisions do not apply.

Please Note: The last date for submitting a proof of debt is 11 December 2019.
