Resolutions

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Ninos Koumettou of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill London N21 3NA and Jamie Taylor of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange 234 Southchurch Road Southend-on-Sea SS1 2EG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
