"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Broom (IP No. 22250) of AJB Restructuring and Insolvency Limited, Regus House, Falcon Drive, Cardiff, CF10 4RU and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
