Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a general meeting of the above named Company will be held at Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull B94 5SG, on 09 February 2017, at 12.00 noon for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee, or in the event that a committee is not established, resolving to fix the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration.
