At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held by video conference on 18 March 2025 at 1400hrs the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin Williamson (IP No 9222) of ipd, DaisyBank House, 17-19 Leek Road, Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent, ST10 1JE be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
