We, Robert Starkins (IP No. 12540) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR and Craig Povey (IP No. 9665) of Begbies Traynor, 8th Floor, One Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG give notice that we were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 11 June 2021 by the Secretary of State by the High Court of Justice.

Notice is also hereby given that creditors of the Company who have not yet proved their debts, should submit their proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators at 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR.
