Notice is hereby given, by the Joint Administrators of the above-named Company that a physical meeting of the creditors and clients of AFX Markets Ltd has been convened.

The meeting will be held at 3&4 Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3WR on 5 November 2019 and will commence at 11.00 am. The meeting is an initial client's and creditor's meeting under paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (as applied to special administration pursuant to Regulation 15 of the Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011).

The purpose of the initial meeting is to consider, and if thought fit, to approve the Joint Special Administrator's Proposals and to establish a Creditors Committee.

A client or creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy for a specific meeting must be delivered to the chair before the meeting. A continuing proxy must be delivered to the Joint Administrators and may be exercised at any meeting which begins after the proxy is delivered. Proxies may be delivered to CG&Co, Greg's Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU.

In order to be counted a client or creditor's vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the client or creditor's claim (unless it has already been given). A vote will be disregarded if a client or creditor's proof in respect of their claim is not received by 12.00 Noon on 4 November 2019 (unless the chair of the meeting is content to accept the proof later). A creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof of debt in the requisite time frame. Proofs may be delivered to CG&Co. Greg's Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU.

A copy of the Joint Special Administrators Proposals will be provided free of charge to any client or creditor who applies in writing to CG&Co., Greg's Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU.
