A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Aftercare Distribution Limited (10802455) of Lachen, Dunstan Lane, Burton, Cheshire CH64 8TL, whose nature of business is combined office administrative service activities, presented on Wednesday 05 March 2025, at 10:00 by HERMIONE CAPITAL LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION), BROUGHT BY JAMES DAVID ROBINSON IN HIS CAPACITY AS ITS JOINT LIQUIDATOR, of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong Lane, Bradford BD4 0RR claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business & Property Courts Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 22 April 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
