NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, as amended, (“the Act”) that a meeting of creditors of the above named Companies will be held at Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA on 12 March 2019 at 11.30 am and 12.30 pm respectively for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Act.

Creditors should lodge particulars of their claims for voting purposes at Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA at or before the meetings. Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) should also include a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Completed proxy forms may be lodged at or before the meetings.

The resolutions to be taken at the meetings may include a resolution specifying the basis on which the Liquidators are to be remunerated and the meetings may receive information about, and be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meetings of members and creditors.

A list of names and addresses of the above companies creditors can be inspected at the offices of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days before the meetings of creditors.
