A Petition to wind up the above-named company having it’s Registered Office at 113 Oxford Road Manchester M1 7DU was presented on 5 December 2017 by BRISTOL CITY COUNCIL, City Hall, College Green, Bristol BS99 7PH claiming to be a Creditor of the company, will be heard at Bristol Civil Justice Centre, 2 Redcliff Street, Bristol BS1 6 GR on 8 March 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on 7 March 2018.
