Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4) to the Joint Liquidators at Azets Holdings Limited, 2nd Floor Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN by no later than 24 October 2022 (the last date for proving).

Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving may be excluded from the benefit of this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.

Anthony Malcolm Cork and Stephen Paul Grant were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 28 June 2019. On 5 June 2020, an order was made in the High Court of Justice (No 002657 of 2020) removing Anthony Malcolm Cork as Joint Liquidator and appointing Meghan Andrews as Joint Liquidator, owing to Mr Cork’s departure from Azets Holdings Limited.
