A Petition to wind up the above-named company of AFC Global Limited (11598121) of 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Activities of other holding companies not elsewhere classified, presented on Monday 18 January 2021, at 10:51 by BIBBY FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED, of Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool L2 3YL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the The Rolls Building, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 02 March 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
