Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 October 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Rebecca Jane Dacre (IP No. 009572) of Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
