Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"), the Company was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) both of Wilkin Chapman Silke Limited t/a Silke & Co, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3HR were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 9 May 2018.

Notice is hereby give, that the Joint Liquidators of the Company intend to make a first interim distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 15 May 2019 by sending full details of their claim to the Joint Liquidators at 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Liquidators deem necessary.
