At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Rowlands, 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton on Tees, TS15 9AE, on 12 April 2016, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Iain Townsend,(IP No. 015850) and Peter Gray,(IP No. 009405) both of Baldwins Restructuring & Insolvency, 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton on Tees, TS15 9AE be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and may act jointly and severally in respect of matters regarding the liquidation, if applicable.”
