Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Cusack, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY. A meeting of creditors it to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Administrator's Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee. 3. The approval of the Administrator's fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Administrator's discharge. The meeting will be held on 3 March 2020 at 3.00 pm.
