“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and tha Greg Whitehead (IP No. 8827) of Northpoint Associates Limited, Cobalt Business Exchange, Cobalt Park Way, Wallsend, Newcastle upon Tyne NE28 9NZ be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
