Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 8 May 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) and Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 9614) both of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
