A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 102 Pall Mall, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 2LB, presented on 6 September 2018 by THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR BUSINESS, ENERGY AND INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY C/O HOWES PERCIVAL LLP19 Spring Gardens, Manchester M2 1FB in the public interest. The Petition of the Company will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 26 October 2018 at 11:10 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
