“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stuart Garner, of G2 Advisory Limited, Tugby Orchards, Wood Lane, Tugby, Leicestershire, LE7 9WE, (IP No 009531) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such a winding up.”
