Special Determination:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Limited Liability Partnership cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily.”

Ordinary Determination:

“Mr B G Mitchell of Barry Mitchell & Company, Pentre Farm House, Mamhilad, Gwent NP4 0JH be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”.
