NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company on:

1. That a liquidation committee be established if sufficient nominations are received.

2. That the Liquidator’s fees be fixed as a set amount of £5,192.78.

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to recover all Category 2 disbursements, calculated on the bases detailed in Fieldstead Insolvency Limited’s Summary.
