"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Luke Venner (IP No. 21172) of Bishop Fleming LLP, 2nd Floor Stratus House, Emperor Way, Exeter Business Park, Exeter, EX1 3QS and Jack Callow (IP No. 25210) of Bishop Fleming LLP, 10 Temple Back, Redcliffe, Bristol BS1 6FL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
