At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY on 28 March 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nick Parsk (IP No. 19770) and Louise Mary Brittain (IP No. 9000) both of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 28 March 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Nicholas Stephen Joseph Parsk and Louise Mary Brittain as Joint Liquidators.
