Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 April 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Myers (IP No. 18450) and Adam Henry Stephens (IP No. 9748) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
