A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 9 July 2019 by HOME RETAIL GROUP PLC T/A ARGOS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS of Avebury, 489-499 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 2NW claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 10 September 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
