"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Boughey (IP No. 009611) and Michael Ian Field (IP No. 009705) both of Mazars LLP, 90 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6DP be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
