Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 26 June 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Taylor (IP No. 13790) and Robert Christopher Keyes (IP No. 8841) both of KRE Corporate Recovery LLP, Hedrich House, 14-16 Cross Street, Reading, RG1 1SN be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
