Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 16 November 2018 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Pagden (IP No. 9055) and Simon Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
