A petition to wind up the above-named company Adam Grooming LB Limited (company number 11616261 (“the Company”) of 8 Gee’s Court London W1U 1JQ has been presented on 11 October 2022 by LBQ SIX LIMITED of 1st Floor Liberation House, Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1GL and THE PLACE LONDON BRIDGE LIMITED of REM UK, The Share, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG claiming to be creditors of the Company will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 23 November 2022 at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
