"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Plant (IP No. 9207) of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ be appointed Liquidator and that the Liquidator be authorised to divide amongst the Company's members in specie, the whole or any part of the Company's assets."
