“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Lowes and Matthew Fox, both of CVR Global LLP, 20 Brunswick Place, Southampton SO15 2AQ, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
