A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 16 December 2019 by REGIONAL RECRUITMENT SERVICES LIMITED of 21-23 High Street, Leicester LE1 4FP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of Active Remedial Solutions Limited will be heard at the Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX at 10:30 am on 31 March 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
