“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Taylor (IP No. 21050) of Fortis Insolvency Ltd, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 6RE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
