A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Raddlewood Farm Roston Common, Norbury, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 2EL presented on 16 October 2019 by TRILANCO LIMITED, whose Registered Office is at Coronation Way, Mill Farm Sports Village, Wesham, Preston, PR4 3JZ claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), the Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 10 December 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 9 December 2019
