At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 8 December 2016 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Christopher Wood and Steven George Hodgson of BHP Clough Corporate Solutions LLP, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3QB be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.
