NOTICE is hereby given that on 4 May 2020, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by ACT Construction (UK) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Unit 25c, Anniesland Industrial Estate, Netherton Road, Anniesland, Glasgow, G13 1EU craving the Court inter alia to order that the said ACT Construction (UK) Limited be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; In which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 4 May 2020 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Herald" newspapers and ordained any persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given; and in the meantime appointed Mr Matt Henderson, Insolvency Practitioner, Johnston Carmichael, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained within paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
