Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that a virtual meeting of creditors is to take place for the purpose of considering decisions concerning the following matters: 1. To confirm the appointment of Glyn Mummery and Paul Atkinson of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, CM13 3BE as Liquidators of the company, or to appoint an alternative Liquidator; and 2. To receive nominations for a committee.

The Creditors' meeting will be held on 29 September 2021 at 3.00 pm. The virtual meeting will be held using conference call facilities. To participate in the call, creditors will need to contact FRP Advisory Trading Limited to obtain access details at Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE or email: cp.brentwood@frpadvisory.com. Participants should dial in approximately 5 minutes prior to the start time of the meeting so that if they experience any problems there is sufficient time to notify my office accordingly.
