A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 06556239) of 3 The Courtyard, Timothy's Bridge Road, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9NP, presented on 11 April 2017 by Mr Donald Hutchison of 23 The Manor, Repton Park, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 8RT, (the Petitioner), claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B4 6DS on 22 May 2017 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
