At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 255 Coed-Y-Gores, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, CF23 9NN on 26 July 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special resolution and as Ordinary resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Harding (IP No. 6310) and Graham Lindsay Down (IP No. 6600) both of tri group, Regus House, Falcon Drive, Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, CF10 4RU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 26 July 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Paul Harding and Graham Lindsay Down as Joint Liquidators.
