A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at Eco Business Centre, Charlotte Avenue, Elmsbrook, Bicester, OX27 8BL presented on 3 November 2021 by FEDERAL CAPITAL LIMITED whose registered office is at 14A Old Marsh Farm Barns, Welsh Road, Sealand, CH5 2LY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 4 January 2022 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). This hearing will proceed via Microsoft Teams.

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 31 December 2021.
