“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Henry Anthony Shinners (IP No. 9280) of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY and Andrew Stephen McGill (IP No. 9350) of Smith & Williamson LLP, 9 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
