NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 18 March 2019 at 10.15 am, for the purposes of:

Seek agreement from creditors of the appointment of the Liquidator,

Invite creditors to appoint a creditors’ committee and if no committee appointed;

To consider a resolution fixing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration

Authorising payment of Category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance to firms policy,

The attendees of the virtual meeting may also receive information about, and be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to 18 The Bridge Business Centre, Beresford Way, Chesterfield S41 9FG by 12 noon on the business day before the day of the meeting.
