Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 100 of the of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 6.14 & 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that a virtual meeting of creditors of Access All Brands Merchandise Ltd (“the Company”) has been summoned by Saif Siddiqui (“the Convener”) and director of the company. As a result of the requisitioned virtual meeting, the original deemed consent procedure has now been superseded.

A meeting of shareholders has been called and will be held prior to the virtual meeting of creditors to consider passing a resolution for voluntary winding up of the Company.

The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting on 15 June 2022 at 11.30 am. Details of how to access the virtual meeting are included in the notice delivered to creditors. If any creditor has not received this notice or requires further information please contact the nominated Liquidator using the details below.

Myles Jacobson of MJ Advisors Limited, Unit 32, The Enterprise Centre, Cranborne Road, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 3DQ is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the Company who, during the period before the meeting date, will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.

A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy for a specific meeting must be delivered to the chair before the meeting. Proxies may be delivered to MJ Advisors Limited, Unit 32 The Enterprise Centre, Cranborne Road, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 3DQ or by e-mail to mylesjacobson@hotmail.co.uk.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a creditor will not be entitled to vote unless their written statement of claim, ('proof'), which clearly sets out the name and address of the creditor and the amount claimed, has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. Proofs must be lodged by 4pm the business day before the virtual meeting. Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote at the virtual meeting.
