NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above company is being convened by Andrew Champion, a director of the company. The physical meeting will be held as follows:

The resolutions to be taken at the creditors’ meeting may include those appointing a liquidator and specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and the director’s report and convening and holding the meeting.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote at this physical meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Creditors wishing to vote at the physical meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy form with the convener at Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW before they may be used at the meeting.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a creditor will not be entitled to vote unless a written statement of their claim which clearly sets out the name and address of the creditor and the amount claimed has also been lodged with the convener by 4pm on the business day before the meeting which is admitted for voting purposes.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote at the meeting.

The members of the company will consider written resolutions prior to the physical meeting of creditors proposing to wind up the company and to nominate Laurence Russell of Albert Goodman LLP, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW to act as liquidator.

Laurence Russell (IP No. 9199) of Albert Goodman LLP is a person qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company and a list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Albert Goodman LLP, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW on the two business days preceding the meeting.
