Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 November 2022 the first as a special resolution and the second and third as ordinary resolutions:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Henry Stephens (IP No. 9748) and Nicholas Myers (IP No. 18450) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.”
