At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD on 23 December 2021 at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
